Providing Human Wellness Services and Integrated Equine Bodywork
“ When we find the quiet behind our mind and gently listen, time and space arises for the body to soften and speak. We invite the body to feel the tension it is holding, and we validate it, in order for this tension to be recognised and released. A self-healing process is initiated as we are allowing what is there to be felt, recognised and let go of. We are getting in touch with what is holding the body back, and setting it free. ”

What We Do
Humans: Saskia offers ‘Personal Wellbeing Sessions for Individuals’ and ‘Guided Self-Care Sessions for Individuals and/or Small Groups’.
The sessions include Vibrational Sound, Usui Reiki, Tao Yin Yoga, Qigong & Meditation practices and are aimed at providing (a system of) support for individuals / small groups. These practices can help improve wellbeing and nurture harmony, balance and peace for people of all stages in life. The person as a whole is addressed rather then any specific symptoms.
These sessions are not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
Equine: Saskia takes pride in providing Integrated Equine Bodywork to enhance the care and welfare of your equine partner and complement your training and veterinary programs. This bodywork can be of great benefit to all horses including those expressing difficult behaviour or who have experienced traumatic events. It is equally suitable for horses working in High Performance settings, those who work in the Equine Assisted Therapy field or are a Pleasure or Companion horse.
This bodywork is not a replacement for veterinary care, diagnosis or treatment.
